If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional crew full of open promises and failure to communicate. We partnered with them on a truck restoration. It was my dad's first new truck he bought back in 1978. He purchased two identical trucks one being his old one to make one truck. We delivered both trucks to B&L and gave them a hefty deposit to get started. They stripped the trucks bare and said they started ordering parts 6 months go by and only communication came from us calling them. Finally they let us come see the trucks. One was no longer a truck and the other was a body on blocks. They said we are looking next step resembling them. We'll another 6 months goes by and no communication. My dad forgot he was doing the project a few times and I reminded him when I asked about the progress. After they had the trucks for going on 5 years they wanted us to come look at paint samples for paint. (This is only after we called multiple times looking for a update) we where thinking we where close to getting a truck back. We went it the office and look at samples and talked about parts we asked to look at the truck and it was no closer to paint then when we took it. We ended up

βMy experience with this shop was a case study in poor business ethics and technical mismanagement. I initially approached this facility to get my custom-built rat rod road-ready, specifically for a shifter remount and a thorough mechanical inspection. What followed was a complete breakdown of professional standards. The project began with an initial estimate of $2,800, which swelled to nearly $6,000 with zero proactive communication. Most egregiously, after the project was already two weeks behind schedule, I received a call on the morning of the promised delivery stating the car suddenly required a brand-new transmission. It is rare to encounter a business that manages to be simultaneously overpriced, significantly behind schedule, and dismissive of the clientβs time. The primary failure rests with Mercedes. Her inability to maintain a professional communicative process or return basic phone calls was matched only by her dismissive attitude. When I attempted to address these concerns via email, her response was unprofessional and condescendingβbehavior fundamentally incompatible with a customer relations role. βAfter the initial delays, the owner provided personal assurances th

5 stars! Mercedes, Billy, and Levi were great to work with. I started restoring my high school 65 mustang in 1998. I finished all the major stuff except for the paint, then life happened. Job, marriage, kids, moving and 27 years later my first love was still waiting to be finished. The crew at B&L treated her like their own and did an amazing job bringing it to completion with paint, carpet, and upholstery. It took longer than I anticipated but it was worth it! Zero complaints. 1st class shop! Thank you for making her look brand new!
